LOCATION: Manila
Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, brand and dealer network management effectiveness, collection and store operations efficiencies within a given territory through the implementation of brand management strategies, sales & dealer activity programs, store operations systems, collection programs and service standards and general leadership over his team.
Requirements:
• Not more than 40 years old
• Male or Female
• Graduate of Business Studies, Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
• At least five years direct selling experience
• High degree of self motivation, determination and commitment
• Analytical, Flexible, Vigilant, Organized, Patient
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Employee and salesforce development and performance management skills
• Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
• Ability to travel at regular intervals
• Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events
• With operation control experience
